How We Collect, Use and Disclose your Information

When you ask us to act as your insurance broker, we will require personal data in order to provide quotations that serve your insurance needs and effectively service your account. We assume your consent for our brokerage to use this information appropriately. Information you provide to us may be required in order to communicate with you, provide you with insurance quotations, review and submit your application for insurance to the appropriate insurer, check policies issued to you for accuracy, assist you with claims made against your policies, advise you of insurance products and policies which we feel may meet your needs, and otherwise act as required in our capacity as your insurance broker.

We do NOT sell client information to anyone.

Access to your information is restricted to employees of Mumby Insurance Brokers as well as the insurance company(s) to whom we have submitted your application for insurance. Anyone having access to your files understands the need to protect this information and keep it confidential, using it only for the intended purpose. Your file is secured in our office.

You may withdraw your implied consent at any time (subject to legal or contractual obligation and on providing us with reasonable notice) by contacting our Privacy Officer. Note that withdrawing your consent may prevent us from providing you with service.
